can't startup?

I have a vaio laptop running xp and it can not startup in any way. safe mode doesnt work, the recovery disks dont work all that happens is it gets to the screen that loads windows then it restarts and does this over and over. I turned off auto restarts, still restarts. all safe mode options just make it restart and when i run the recov disks it just ups and restarts before anything can happen. nothing new was installed hard or soft. just happened one morning while veiwing email and still to this day wont load. any help?

Try running diagnostics for your HDD (ex. SeaTools or Hitachi DFT) and your RAM (ex. Memtest86+). Replace the part that has errors.
