Tosiba tecra r10-s4401 new battery problem
I bought a new battery for my toshiba tecra r10-s4401 laptop, and windows vista business won't start with new battery. Laptop turns on, but vista won't start.
With an old battery everything works just fine...The new one is not original toshiba battery, but voltage and capacity are adequate, and it is official replacement for tecra r10-s4401 battery. Can anyone please help? |

Very strange that Vista would not boot up if you use a generic brand of battery. However it is possible that the battery may have info on the labels exactly the same as the genuine but it does not give out the same power... explaining why laptop works well with old battery. I would definitely try another battery may be a genuine one to be really sure.
