Reformatt Toshiba Satellite 2405

Need to reformatt drvie on Toshiba Satellite 2405 S201. Any suggestions. The whole hold down 0 while booting does not work. Thanks for any help

I need to reformatt my drive and I do not have the recovery CD. Holding 0 while booting does not work. Thanks for any help

Do you have a legit XP CD with Keycode?

I do not believe this "older" model came with a recovery partition, you will need a Legit XP CD with Keycode or the Toshiba Recovery CD.

What is the exact model number Toshiba Satellite 2405-**** (what)?

Look for a tag on the laptop they will give you the full model number.
The toshiba website list three different models (2405-S201, S202, S221)
