HP Keyboard Issues, some letters not working.

My son spilled some water on it, so I imagine it has something to do with this fact. I would like to get detailed instructions or a reputable DIY link on How to replace my keyboard. My laptop is an HP Pavillion ze2000, running on Xp.

Thanks in advance,

Charlie

Re: HP Keyboard Issues, some letters not working.

There are alot od ze2000 models, but most should be the same, you can see the maintenance and service manual here (i pulled up the one for a ze2004us model):

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c00637377.pdf

if you want to find the exact one for yours, you can find it on HP's website, go to support, type in the exact model number (its on a sticker on the bottom of the laptop) make sure the "see support and troubleshooting info" is selected, hit enter, click on manuals, and you will see a maintenance and service guide in there.
