I have a problem with my screen.. One day it started flashing red, blue and green and now it doesn't work at all although the computer will output to a secondary monitor. I replaced the screen completely and it displayed white over half the screen then nothing again. Any ideas? I don't think the screen inverter would be dead on both monitors would it?

Re: Dell D800 Screen problem
Only thing common to the screen,
1. The sreen cable connector on your mobo. 2. The inverter d.c supply. 1. Check for damaged screen connector socket on mobo. 2. Check supply voltage on d.c side of inverter connector. WARNING: HIGH VOLTAGE ON INVERTER OUTPUT SIDE.........just to let u know. |
