Streaming on netbook decent performance?
Any of you guys (or gals) have a netbook and use it for streaming? I'm considering getting one because my old Celeron-based laptop (Dell Inspiron 1100) is just lagging big time these days. I want to stream live sports like ESPN360 or other sports sites. I don't want the low-end netbooks with less than 1G RAM and small SSD drives, but with at least a gig of RAM and 120 gig or more sata hard drive. But I check the prices of these and some of them are almost the price of a low-end laptop with a Celeron CPU and 2 gig or RAM, so I'm thinking that a low-end laptop maybe just as good because it has the CD/DVD drive, larger display (though I like the portability of a netbook), and isn't a Celeron still better performer than an Atom?
