display troubles
![]() HI ALL I'M A DELINSPIRON 1420 USER WITH VISTA HOME BASIC. ALL WAS WEL SUDDENLY MY DISPLAY SCREEN HAS TURNED ALL PINK...MAGENTA TO BE MORE SPECIFIC...AND ALL STUFF WITH SHADOWS....I HAVE A SNAPSHOT OF THE SCREEN (as attatchment )IF SOMEONE WOULD CARE TO SEE AND GIVE ME A SOLUTION. cant see it on the image mate because its taking a printscreen of what the laptop sees not what you see (if that makes any sense), but this happens on desktops all the time due to the vga cables coming loose, unsure of how to solve the problem on a laptop though

Go into Device manager & un-install your video driver -
START | devmgmt.msc | expand the "display adapter" tree branch, right-click on the video device | select "uninstall" Re-boot. Vista will reinstall the driver. Are your video drivers up to date? Regards. . . jcgriff2 . |

tried to d this...uninstalled the video device and rebooted......but this is the message after it.....it did not solve the problem. "This device cannot start. (Code 10) Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available." no use checking for solutions in microsoft either.....help!!!!!!! BINU |
