acer inspire one voice connect issues
So My acer inspire one has some problems. When I make a call say on MSN or Skype, it talks for a while I can hear them, they can hear me with my headset. Then it cuts out, and I cant hear them. It makes some scratching noises, and cuts out. My sound works fine. I can even hear people on Ventrilo....I could hear people on ventrilo, while i was connected to a call on both sykpe and then later i tried msn and could hear on ventrilo but not on either or(not running skype call and msn call at the same time though) But anything direct connect doesnt work. It does, but it cuts in and out. They can still hear me when I cant hear them.
I tried reinstalling my drivers and it doesnt seem to help.... My music plays fine. Youtube, videos, all else is fine. Its not my mic because ive tested it on another computer. Its something with the computer. They can hear me but I cant hear them. And then randomly i can hear them for a bit again and then it cuts out. All sound works but calls do not. It was working just yesterday and I had no problems and today when I got up it started doing this. My laptop speakers also play all sound but I also cant hear the sound from a call which is funny because I am not getting sound. Any ideas? |
