Upgrading wireless card. Is it possible?

I currently have an Acer Aspire 6920, with an Intel Pro/Wireless 3945ABG card. I was wondering if its possible to upgrade it to something capable of 802.11n? I'd like to do a card swap rather than get a USB adapter or anything like that.

Re: Upgrading wireless card. Is it possible?

yes, it is possible, the 3945 abg card is a mini pci-e, you should be able to upgrade to the 4965AGN, or the Intel wifi link 5100 or 5300. just be sure the new card also uses the mini pci-e
