Sony vaio doesnt work
I have a sony vaio vgn fz140e the other day i was on it then later i came in and the screen was blank i tried turning it on and off but nothing happened so over night i left the battery out and unpluged it when i woke up still nothing
  should i consider just buying another computer or is it a common problem?  PS it says its getting power but it isnt showing anything on the screen Please help

If you get all the normal signs of life at power ON but you get nothing on screen, try first booting with an external monitor hooked up.
