Vertical stripes lcd Acer Aspire 9302

lcd screen looks coarse.
I have switched the lcd for a brand new, but problem is the same.
When connected to another monitor, it looks fine!
Light is ok, so I guess the inverter is fine?
Problem is there, when in bios, so it is not a driver problem.

Suggestions are very welcome.

Most likely a graphics problem. Uninstall the graphics drivers and install the latest drivers.
