my DVD RW doesn't work
please help , i have a laptop windows vista aspire 5710G model and my DVD RW doesn't work , they can't play any CD or dvd and i think the driver of the DVD RW rom has lost plese help me to find what is the driver of my DVD rw laptop . and how to get it back. thanks

this is the download page for your Aspire 5710G http://us.acer.com/acer/service.do?L...CRC=2054404012 but I can't find any firmware for your DVD Drive, it could be malfunctioning, you should take it to an expert to take a look at it

Vista contains the drivers for you ROM Drive.
Did you delete the Upper/Lower filters? This may help: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314060/EN-US/ Bill |
