Wireless Card acting up
Posting this on behalf of my girlfriend as she cant get online to post it.
A few days ago she was able to connect wirelessly to the network, but as of yesterday afternoon, it detects the network but cannot, connect to the internet (it can see and connect to the network). Another computer in the same household can wirelessly connect to the internet via the same router, and she can connect to other wireless routers in the area and get the "globe" that indicates connectivity. The laptop is a acer aspire 5735-4082, straight off the shelf. tried a system restore, didnt work. Any ideas? seems unusual to my limited tech knowledge. All help will be appreciated, without any net access its really hard to stay in touch with her :( any further information i can provide if required. Regards Traz |
