OS: windows vista home premum

Gateway M-6843 cannot boot
After powering up I get the Gateway splash screen with the options to enter setup (F2) and boot menu (F10) and everything stop.When I click on F2 it can't start the BIOS.When I click on F10 I get "No TPM or TPM has problem". Can anyone help with that issue.I thing the BIOS is corrupted but I am not sure and I don't know how to fix it.

Yes, I agree... it could be a corrupt BIOS problem. I suggest you seek help from BIOSMAN or similar (Google for website). I had my BIOS chip replaced by them and my laptop worked fine since then.
