HP Laptop
Hi
I just received a HP laptop from school to use in my classroom. I teach second grade. I was watching a video on the laptop ( audio was on and working fine) when the video ended it started to make and is still making, a horrible sound- as if it is stuck and it sounds like it is "grinding". I, by stretch of the imagination am "techno savvy". I cannot "turn off" the sound even after I unplugged the electrical outlet. Our tech person has gone home and I don't know what to do -- please help. thanks -kindergal |

Re: HP Laptop
Turn the laptop off.
Is the sound still present? Is the sound coming from the speakers? Remove the battery.
