Looking for a Laptop

Heya. Can anyone help me find the perfect laptop?

__________
Budget: Id like to spend below £400 but I could go up to £600 if it was really perfect.

Screen: I'd prefer 14" but I would be happy with 15"4 or anything in between

Brands: I really like Sony because they look really nice (especially the keyboard, shallow i know, and upper end of the budget...) but am open to most brands really, that I might not have thought of searching.

Mobility: Battery life doesnt need to be anything special (wound be nice of course but rather soend on other features)

Durability: Itll be in my room or ill be carrying it in a bag so doesnt need to be specially durable - ill have a case for it.

Multitasking: I like to be doing quite a lot at once, but just the standard things - way too many web pages open, music playing and then maybe doing some photo editing at the same time.

Gaming: Just working sadly.

Calculations: None.

Storage: Lots of photos going on it so needs quite a lot of space, nothing majorly special though.

Optical Media: Just ripping and burning CDs but not really DVDs.

Operating System: Windows please, pref Vista.

Location: In the UK

Thanks guys!
