Dell Fn key not working

On my computer there is a Fn button that allows u to use some extra buttons... And now the Fn button dosent seem to work anymore :(... And before it broke i turned off all wireless networks with it, so now i dont know how to turn them on again... Have tried just turning them on in network settings, but they are not turned off there... I think its just software locked somehow, but i dont know how to turn it on again... For all purposses it seems that all wireless is turned on, but only they are not somehow, and cant find any connections or anything...

Need help figuring out a solution...

Maybe a way to push the Fn button virtualy or something, or whatever i dont know...

What model is the laptop?
Do you have the Dell Utility or system software installed?

Its LG M1 laptop...
have some LG software installed...

Is it a Dell or an LG? If it's an LG why does it have a Dell FN key?
