Use Laptop as monitor.
Hello
I have a problem. My desktops screen broke some days ago and I am waiting for the screen I ordered.I need to acess my desktop kind of urgently. So I googled a bit and I found this : If the laptop has a tv tuner,it is possible to connect the desktop somehow. It says:"Plug in your desktops TV-out into your laptops tv tuner" My laptop (Acer aspire 5510) has a tv tuner. What cables do I need? Are there other sollutions to use the laptop as a monitor? Thanks in advance Mandragora666 |

Re: Use Laptop as monitor.
well, your desktop also needs to have the right connection to do this also. It may be plainly listed as a TV out, maybe an S video out.
But it needs to have the same connection type as your laptop has for its input. Check that first. |
