Toshiba Dynabook SS2000M

Hello everybody I have a problem with my toshiba laptop Model no. SS2000M.
It boot to windows logo and then appear a blue screen with many words. The words appeared mean to remove any new hardware or software you installed recently. But I don't install any new hardware. It is rotating and booting with blue screen error.
I want to know how to boot my toshiba laptop with external cd driver or dvd drive. I do not have cd drive in my laptop.

press F12 at the toshiba/dynabook logo right when you power it on, that will bring up the boot menu so you can boot to a USB device.
