Belina b.book 2-Crash-HELP!!
Hello,
I have had my Belina b.book 2 for over two years and had no problems at all. I use this laptop for work for the most basic of needs like, word and excel. Recently after noticing that 2 of the rubber feet had gone missing from under the laptop, the laptop had started to freeze, im not sure if it’s just the screen that’s freezing or if it’s the hole laptop that has crashed. First thoughts were that is was a software issue, however I noticed that after I pick up or move the laptop is when the problem occurs. Could there be a pressure point that I’m pushing against? Please any information would be welcomed.

Re: Belina b.book 2
I've ran into problems like this before, but on toshiba portege models. On those there is a problem with spots on the motherboard causing connection problems when its picked up, moved, knocked on and it causes it to freeze up. A motherboard replacement is required to fix the issue on the toshibas.
But a problem like this could be the same thing, it could be a pressure point causing something to short out, could be a bad hard drive. I'd suggest to first do a hard drive test and make sure thats ok. if it tests fine, then you may want to look at the manufacturers support website or call them, see if there are issues with the laptop that causes problems like what your having, they may have a warranty fix for it. |
