system rest dell inspiron 9400
hi ive had loads of problems with sytem crashing and freezing and ive been through most solutions and although they work for a while the problem returns. previously i tried to reset the computer back to factory settings and this worked for nearly a year. the problems returned and again ive tried to restore the system back to factory settings and i am now getting a error message after boot up "loading PBR for description 2.....done A disk read error occurred Press ctrl alt del to restart.
i now cannot get past this stage to restore the computer. any ideas please. |

I downloaded the drivers but i cant even get past the boot up stage.
i turn the computer on get the BIOS start up bar then it goes to Loading PBR for description 2...done A disk read error occurred Press ctrl alt del to restart. the drivers i downloaded onto a pen drive but the computer didnt recognise the downloaded software. |

you are supposed to burn the iso to a cd as an iso
http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download unless your bios enables you to boot from usb the laptop will not see the usb stick on boot
