Fujitsu Lifebook FMV-612MG4

Guys, I'm quite new here, I hope you could help me with my problem, I have a laptop which was given to me, I want to reformat it, but I don't have a driver for it, I tried surfing the net but I can't really find the correct driver, can someone help me solve my problem or you could recommend/give me any alternative driver that would also work with my laptop. Here's the specs:

Intel Celeron 1.3Ghz
20gb HDD
512mb memory

Have you tried Fujitsu support website?

Also get the Device Instance ID of each device with yellow ! mark and those under UNKNOWN in Device Manager and include each in your next post.

Hi, I've reformatted it already some of the drivers is covered by XP, but the audio and video is not working properly, it is indicated in the device manager, I've been in Fujitsu support site, I think it's from singapore, they have all the driver for all the series but but I can't find the model that I'm looking for. here's the link for your reference, http://www.pc-ap.fujitsu.com/support/drv_lifebook.html
