whacky screen image
Pavilion ZV5000
When the laptop is turned on all I see is a weird, multicolor fuzzy image. Trying to figure out if this is the screen, inverter, cable, or video card (or video chip/whatever laptops have). Any advice on how to diagnose the problem? Additionally, any suggestions for quality vendors to purchase the replacement parts? Do any vendors allow you to return parts you bought if they turn out not to be the problem? |

Re: whacky screen image
Try connecting a external monitor and see if you still have the problem, as far as returning a part if it does not resolve your issue simply refer to any policy they might have in regards to returns.
