Webcam Problems

My girlfriends laptop, A110L Acer Aspire One has a webcam inside the laptop YET she received it from the shop as it was broken (I wrote a previous thread on that) and now when she goes to send webcam to me it does not work and says she has not got one installed.

What can she do to fix this because there is definitely a webcam inside the Laptop

Thanx for any help guys.

Re: Webcam Problems

Bit hard to tell where you are with this at the moment as you haven't updated us on the "other" problem she was having. Why is there a problem with returning the machine for warranty repair? From what little you have said it does seem that there is a hardware fault of some description and, as such, should be handled under warranty.
