i need help bad
hey so i go a laptop for Xmas and it had a some viruses so i tried to find my reinstall vista disk and i found a dell one i have an acre i used the disk and now vista go to that green loading bar at start-up and will not do anything but that i need help and don't wont to spend tuns of cash

you have to find your original restore disk or obtain one from the laptop maker
you cannot use a foreign disk as it is setup for the m/b in the laptop it was supplied for it is also illegal
