Problems since restoring to factory settings
We've recently had our laptop restored to factory settings (supposedly). Since then we are unable to use Adobe files or Itunes files. Adobe and Itunes show on 'add or remove programs' but when we go to uninstall it says that it cannot locate the files. We cannot download itunes or adobe either as it says that the files already exist on our computer - can anyone advise how we overcome this?

Re: Problems since restoring to factory settings
as for the adobe files, i am assuming you mean .pdf files and flash files. You can try alternatives to the adobe program, such as foxit reader or perfect pdf. As for the Itunes problem, try other media programs, such as winamp or anapod explorer.

Re: Problems since restoring to factory settings
You can also use the Revo uninstaller to uninstall the programs and reinstall them later.
