I've bricked my laptop!
Hey guys,
I have an Asus F3TC-AP011C. Last night I decided to update the BIOS using Winflash. Needless to say something went wrong half way through and the update failed. I shut the laptop down by removing mains power and then the battery as it wasn't responding. I've just now tried to reboot it but there is no activity whatsoever. No noise, no LEDs, nothing. I was wondering if there's a keystroke sequence or something that I can try to wake it up or is it really completely bricked?

In some laptops you can remove the BIOS chip and have it reprogrammed (Google for BIOS reprogramming ex. BIOSMAN.COM)... worse case is you will need a new motherboard.
I am not so sure if there is a keystroke to recover from this since this the BIOS we are talking about.
