512 ram speed?
i have a dell inspiron 8200 laptop and i just bought 2 512 memory sticks for it which is 1 gig. well its only is reading 512 of ram, the one slot seams to be broke. but when i have both sticks in, my system properties says 837 mhz, 512 ram. and when i just have one stick in it says 1.19 ghz, 512 ram. what does this mean? is it better off with just the one stick in?
