problem with transceiver (adapter?)

Good morning!

I've got the problem. I bought transceiver from PS2 to USB and it doesn't work. If I connect everything properly (mouse or keyboard to transceiver and transceiver to USB socket), I've got error (fifth picture) that "USB wasn't properly recognized". When I click it, there are some options, I choose all the time OK but it doesn't help. I tried it on other transceiver (2xPS2 to USB) and everything works properly (photos 3 and 4).
