Computer Chip Repair?

I have a wireless USB adapter for my laptop, but my brother broke it. When I say broke I mean the USB plug (the part that goes into the computer) came off the computer chip. However it still works if I hold the chip and the plug bit together (I tested it). Is there a way to re-attach it? If so, how?

hi and welcome to TSF imo take it to a repair shop,this is a tricky little job and needs the right tools this is just my opinion
