Dell M2010 not working on battery and will not charge
Hello
My Dell 2010 is out of warranty. It works on mainpower but not the battery so the charging system must be at fault. I know it is not the battery itself because I have a spare new one and it still wont work or charge. I assume it is a hardware problem and would be obliged to know what I should look for please. Thanks |

Check in BIOS settings if there are any messages about battery or adapter not being recognized.
