I have an HP laptop two years old . The problem is i am getting a BSOD problem. Also, my laptop gets hang up randomly anytime, especially while browsing internet. It hangs first, if you click anywhere, the screen fades(becomes white), and it remained as it is for 50-60 seconds or even longer, then system runs again as if no problem had occurrred.
1. It cannot be virus, as i formatted the whole system and problem persists. 2. My RAM is 1.5 Gb, which is ok. 3. I work on Windows Vista right from the beginning, and such error was not detected ever before . 4. Smtimes it hangs too frequently, smtimes not. 5. It hangs even light programs are being run. pls help me. |

Re: laptop hangs up frquently.
I suggest you run HDD and RAM diagnostics first.
