USB freezing my HP computer
I'm having problems using my USB ports. Every time I plug a USB device into my laptop it will freeze and even if I unplug the device it won't unfreeze, I have to reboot the computer. I redid the OS and updated all the drivers, I also updated the BIOS. Nothing seemed to help! Please if anyone has an answer to this problem I would really appreciate it.

Try with linux live CD (ex. Ubuntu or similar...). If it hangs/freezes linux then it could be something in your motherboard.
