About update toshiba SS2000M bios

I have a toshiba ss2000M DS75P/2. When the computer is turned on, the message "Ready for BIOS update" appears. I have tried pressed F8 OR DELE but it can not work.What should I do ?

usually at the top you can choose to go to your local site
models differ in different parts of the world they have different model numbers
