delays dates of Dell lat c610

i have a problem with my notebook Dell Lat c610
My note is dalay dates and time,i have change the battery of setup
but it continue with the problem.someone can help me what i can do
to solve this problem

Check the service manual for your model. I believe you can d/load the manual from DELL website. That would be your guide on how to locate/remove/replace the CMOS battery.

i already had do it i change the battery for a new baterry but the problem continue the same

Did you change the CMOS battery (not the backup battery) already? If yes and the problem remains, you may have a problem with your BIOS chip (or motherboard).
