Re: How do I turn on my internet?
Check that the remote procedure call service is running-to access services type services in the vista search bar-this wil open the services box.
Also check that 'network location awareness' is running. to start the services, right click on the entry and left click properties-this will open a dialogue box-there will be a lookup list in the middle-select automatic and click apply then click on start button if this is lit up. |

Re: How do I turn on my internet?
the same with 'RPC endpoint manager' - 'wired auto config' and 'WLan auto config'.
I assume that you have tried restarting the pc. It would also be a good idea to run an antivirus scanner while you are disconnected. Last edited by steveb1234; 06-08-2009 at 05:45 PM. |
