NMI: Channel check/IOCHK System has halted. This is the message that I get and them my computer has to be shut off and restarted

Re: channel check
Run Memtest86+ via CD/DVD drive. If error persists while booting from CD/DVD then I suggest your reseat all your RAM modules. Also try to use good/working RAM modules (just to isolate).
