problemas con mi dc room SBW-243
Buenas tardes
espero me puedan ayudar estoy teniendo problemas con mi cd room SBW-243 lo tengo en mi laptop VAIO VGN FS812F, el problemas es el siguiente, no me permite leer discos de datos, pero si puede leer dvd el sistema dice que funciona correctamente, pero no quiere ni leer los discos de recuperacion de sistema. les agradesco cualquier ayuda que me puedan dar. saludos,

hola iam asustado no hablamos español que he utilizado un traductor en línea para contestar esto puedo ayudar a http://support.microsoft.com/gp/cd_dvd_drive_problems si no usted a necesitar para mirar en el español de Microsoft para ayudar a las páginas para la esperanza similar le ayuda mira joeten
