Connection problems

I have a gateway mx3416 laptop, I reinstalled XP Pro and now I cant connect to the internet from either wireless or lan. I tried to run the installation disk from the router but it says there is a problem with the connection. When I open network connections, its empty. I have built in wireless. Any help will be much appreciated. Thansk

Re: Connection problems

Please check DEVICE MANAGER for any UNKNOWN devices and devices with yellow/red marks. Include their Device Instance ID in your next post. Thanks.
