Blue screen of death
This morning I got a blue screen of death on win vista when I pulled my flash drive out of my toshiba laptop. This has happened a few times in the morning and sometime in the aftenoon. I don't think it gives of a error.

turn off the auto reboot
control panel /system/advanced/startup and recovery settings then untick the auto reboot box post any bsod error messages the computer freezes on in full
