[SOLVED] All of my PC games freeze and crash.

Whenever i play one of my games on my pc, 10 minutes after i play the game my screen suddenly freezes and then the sound freezes and then my screen goes blank for 5-10 minutes. Sometimes it goes back into the game afterwards, sometimes it automatically quits me out, and sometimes my screen stays blank permanantly. Then 10-30 minutes later if it takes me back into the game this problem occours again. This usually occours when im playing online on a multiplayer game, and when im in a match not at the main menus.
The games i play that this problem occours is on are:

Counter Strike Source, Battlefield 2 and special forces, Left 4 Dead, World in Conflict, Half Life 2 Deathmatch, and Team Fortress 2.

My system specifications are:
Windows Vista Home Premium
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU 2.00 GHz (2CPUs)
2046MB RAM
DirectX10
NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT.

Oh yeah its a DELL inspiron 1520 and i dont know what a PSU is and it rarely happens offline sometimes it does but not as much as it does online.

AC/DC adapter
Input: 100-240v 1.5A
