Well basically yesterday (15-4-2009) i was using my laptop fine as always, but then it froze ( which is weird considering it has never done that) i tried CTRL ALT DELETE. But nothing happened when i did. Then it shut off, and when i tried to turn it back on, it turned on but made very loud beeping noises, and nothing else. I turned it off tried again n the same thing happened. After that i took it to my brother and he tried different way of turning it on, but nothing works. It has no problem turning on or staying on , just the screen stay black n i cannot do anything with it.
Please help me, this computer has alot of important things on it. I need it for school work, and it's really important to at least try and figure out whats wrong with it. Please please please help me out if you can. Thanks :D Mandy x. P.S. I have had this computer for at least 2 years, i got it in 2007, around this time of the year. It's a HP Pavilion Entertainment PC dv2000. If that helps. Sorry just not really sure what to do. && don't want to spend money on it, before i know whats wrong. Thanks again. |

Re: My laptop is having problems, PLEASE HELP!
At the bottom side, get the part number and the exact model (do not include the serial number) and include in your next post.
