Replacement Screen Questions - Toshiba Satellite

I purchased a Toshiba Satellite A305-S6857 refurbished laptop after I had the worst luck and got my recently purchased new Toshiba laptop stolen while on vacation. Wouldn't you know it, my great luck strikes again and while my laptop was simply in my backpack, I have a small crack and ink splash in the corner of my screen.

Which screen replacement should I purchase and why does Toshiba charge 500 dollars for a replacement while these sites charge $95 and $145. Is there a difference in resolution or quality? Anyone know anything about this site?

Anyone know anything about these sites? Also, will it be really difficult to replace this, it looks much more difficult than the dell I had previously taken apart.

I actually have a Toshiba A105 with a screen from smartmicro no problems after almost 2 years, I got it with a broken screen so I can't compare the two but appearance wise it's no different from the Dell 1505 or XPS1530 the wife and daughter have, I have used several screen from smartmicro with no problems at all all where top quality with no dead pixels.
