Connected to Wireless Network, Browser's won't work, WoW and Limewire Will.
Sorry, if i haven't posted this in the right section but i'm getting pretty desperate.
This morning i left my laptop downloading an update for my itouch, i came back 2 hours later to find my browsers not working. It says i am connected to the network and i am able to play WoW and use limewire without an issue, but every web browser i use won't connect, it is constantly "contacting www.google.com.au" etc.. i did a traceroute to find that there was a connection to these websites. MSN and Itunes Store also do not work. All other computers on my network seem to be fine. edit: A bit more info; I've tried explorer, chrome, safari and firefox, none seem to work. I am using Windows Vista SP1 and im on a HP Pavilion Dv5 Thanks Last edited by gsweeper; 04-10-2009 at 11:01 PM. Reason: more info |

Are you using a firewall? If you do, try with firewall turned OFF.
