Hp dv4-1222nr heat problems

Hi , i got a new laptop last week the dv4-1222nr and i was having heat issues so i went out and bought myself a cooling pad and i downloaded speedfan i ran without the cooling pad and it was sitting around 70C while playing wow, and when i added the cooling pad the temp stayed the same, i returned the laptop and got a new one, the temperatures are still around that general area with and without the cooling pad idle i sit at 40C with just firefox and aim open. when i start a video or webcam the temp shoots straight up and stays at 70C

is this a common problem or is it fine? is the program reading wrong are the sensors bad? any help appreciated.

If it is AMD, then IMO it could be normal. My laptop with AMD is also within that range.
