hello everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone knows how or why my dvd player won't read dvd's. My computer reads cd's and it used to read dvd's and games a couple of weeks ago and all of the sudden it stoped reading them. If someone knows the reason why or how to fix it please let me know . take care

Re: My Toshiba stoped playin DVD's

Hi,

When you say it won't read DVDs you mean ALL DVDs (even new ones)? Try cleaning the lens first. If that does not help may be you need to replace the drive itself. Test the drive on another laptop or in another computer using an adapter... or bring it to a repair shop for a more in depth analysis.
