toshiba satellite a300 laptop screen problem

i have a brandnew toshiba satellite a300 laptop. since past few dys 2 crosslines have appeared on the screen(vertical yellow color @ horz blue color)which are prominently visible.can anyonelet me know the problem

is there any yellow alongside of anything in the device manager

is it the same in safe mode

no there is no yellow on the device manager. i have not checked it on the safe mode yet.

try safe mode this will give us a indication to the cause
