Remote connection prevents USB number pad from working
I am the administrator of a CPA firm and have somehow gained the title of IT support. We currently use a Gateway laptop for our remote connection when visiting clients. We have recently purchased a Targus USB number pad, which works fine when dealing with any applications stored directly on the laptop. However, when remoting into our office and using desktop applications, the number pad does not work.
Is there anyway to enable the number pad to correctly work during a remote connection? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you. |
