I have a computer with with screen issues and I believe it to be the LCD.
But before I shell out $$$ for a new one, is it possible to connect a random LCD and see if that works or is that a completely horrible idea? I'm not worried about damaging the LCD, only the computer. |

cool, thx. I recently got out of tech school and they don't teach you this stuff. they say to wear a anti-static wriststrap when changing an HDD. My boss never does that.

I've never worn anti static gloves ever I don't even know what they look like lol
anyways yea I've put together at least a couple computers and I just make sure I'm grounded before I go ahead - Ijust touch some metal before messing with a cpu or a HDD |
