What is the optical drive letter for a vostro 1000 laptop?
I have a problem with my laptop and to fix it i need the letter to my cd/optical drive, but because of the problem i cant log in to see it. Please help!

Driver letters are assigned by Windows or by the operating system. What are you trying to do by the way?
